I run system command in command prompt
route add 192.168.192.1 mask 255.255.255.255 192.168.192.5

Yes.
The problem in FlushIpNetTable failed on interface [2] (status=1413) : Invalid index.
I think route addition fail - it's second problem, the first FlushIpNetTable.
Because even use route-delay 10 route addtion succeeded (in OpenVPN log), but in
win2k through route print no such route.
